By submitting memories you are allowing me, Annelise Schnase, to compile said memories into a book.  If you provide your name, it will be included with the memory.  There will be no monetary gain for submitting memories.  If you would like a copy of the finished book, it will be available for a low cost to cover materials needed to print.  This book is to preserve memories of Justin Walp.  By submitting memories, you are acknowledging this consent.  If you have any questions, please contact me through the contact page.
